Larry Brock practices in the areas of arbitration, business litigation, long term care litigation, hospital liability, product liability, professional liability and manufacturer's risk prevention. He practices throughout the United States and has served as both national and regional counsel in product liability and medical malpractice litigation. He has also served as national counsel for consumer product manufacturers. For example, he has served as coordinating counsel in a multi-state region for product drug litigation involving Baycol, Fen-Phen, Latronex, Meridia, Oxycontin, Portagen, Propulsid, Rezulin, Serzone, Stadol and Vioxx. Mr. Brock is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U. S. Court of Appeals for the 5th, 6th, 11th, and Federal Circuit Courts. He has an active trial practice, including:
- Defense Verdict - Alleged wrongful death of multiple members of family
- Defense Verdict - Alleged product liability involving alleged permanent brain damage to a two-year old child
- Defense Verdict - Alleged unauthorized surgical procedure performed by surgeon
- Defense Verdict - Alleged permanent vision loss from medication
- Defense Verdict - Alleged total disability following surgery with claims of $2,500,000 in economic damages plus non-economic damages
- Defense Verdict - Alleged wrongful death of an infant.
- Defense Verdict - Alleged catastrophic brain injury from defective safety product.
