Ms. D'Aiutolo is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department.  Her areas of concentration include medical malpractice, products liability, contractual disputes, and commercial litigation. The majority of her current caseload is in Baltimore City, the District of Columbia, and the suburban counties surrounding these two major cities.  She also represents clients before various licensing boards, including the Board of Physicians.

During the course of her career, Ms. D'Aiutolo has been lead counsel in trials in:

  • the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland
  • the Circuit Courts for Baltimore City and Baltimore County
  • the Superior Court for the District of Columbia
  • the Superior Court for New Castle County, Delaware, and the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas
  • the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia
  • the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland
  • health claims arbitration in Baltimore City, Maryland

Ms. D'Aiutolo has served as: 

  • Maryland State Representative to the Defense Research Institute ("DRI") (1994-98)
  • President of the Maryland Association of Defense Trial Counsel (now Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc.) (1992-93)
  • Board of Directors of Meritas (formerly Commercial Law Affiliates) (1994-97)
  • A certified settlement facilitator for the District Court of Maryland and Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service, Inc.
  • A member of the International Association of Defense Counsel
  • A member of the Commission of the Maryland Judiciary on Pro Bono
  • A member of the Greater Baltimore Committee's Health Care Committee (2005-present)
  • A speaker/presenter at numerous trial practice seminars, both locally and nationally

Prior to joining Tydings & Rosenberg, Ms. D'Aiutolo served as a law clerk to Judge Elsbeth L. Bothe of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.  She is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and District of Columbia.
