| Charles A. BimbelaShareholder Charles A. Bimbela is a member of the litigation division of Fiddler, González & Rodríguez, P.S.C. He served as law clerk for Justice Peter Ortiz, Puerto Rico Supreme Court. Mr. Bimbela has extensive experience in complex litigation having participated in several multi-million dollar lawsuits, involving commercial and banking matters, as well as in the area of products liability. Mr. Bimbela has frequently lectured in this latter area of the law and regarding practice and litigation before and against local administrative agencies in continuing education seminars sponsored by the Puerto Rico Bar Association. Mr. Bimbela also concentrates in state appellate practice and cargo defense claims..
