| Waldemar FaberyShareholder Waldemar Fabery is shareholder in the Corporate division of Fiddler González & Rodríguez, P.S.C. Mr. Fabery had been a tax adviser for six years before serving as tax consultant for the Treasury Department of Puerto Rico from April 1997 to April 2000. He has drafted tax legislation and regulations thereunder and has lectured on tax seminars. Mr. Fabery taught at the Tax Program (MBA) offered by the Sacred Heart University. Mr. Fabery has dealt with and advised clients as to complex issues of corporate taxation and reorganizations both under local and federal laws, tax incentives and exemptions, tax credits, special partnerships, taxation of investments and general income tax matters. He drafts ruling requests and closing agreements pertaining these matters and represents taxpayers before the Treasury Department.
