| Armando Martínez-FernándezShareholder Armando Martínez Fernández is a member of the corporate division at Fiddler González & Rodríguez, P.S.C. Mr. Martínez heads the Legislation and Government Affairs Practice Group of Fiddler, González & Rodríguez, LLP. He participated in the drafting of Puerto Rico Telecommunications Act of 1997. Mr. Martínez has also actively participated in several bond issues for the Government of Puerto Rico, its agencies, as well as private issuers. He has also participated as a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Examination.
