Enrique R. Padró-Rodríguez is a Junior Member in the Labor and Employment Law Division at Fiddler González & Rodríguez, P.S.C., and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.

 
Mr. Padró-Rodríguez served as a Legislative Aide for the Senate of Puerto Rico, in which he drafted Senate bills concerning multiple issues and areas, and advised Senator on public policy affairs.

Mr. Padró-Rodríguez has represented management in the following published cases: Sánchez-Figueroa v. Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, 462 F.Supp. 2d 212 (D. Puerto Rico 2006); Carmen M. González Natal, et al. v. Merck Sharp & Dohme, 2006 TSPR 2; Ramón E. Díaz Arroyo, et al. v. Hospital Dr. Susoni, Inc., 2006 TSPR 146.
