| Pedro Reyes-BibiloniMember Pedro Reyes-Bibiloni is a partner in the Corporate Department of Fiddler González & Rodríguez, P.S.C., and a member in its environmental practice group. He served as Director of the Legal Department of the Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board (EQB). Prior to that, he served as a staff attorney at EQB with a practice concentrating on hazardous and non-hazardous solid waste matters. Mr. Reyes-Bibiloni has been active in administrative and judicial proceedings. He has broad experience on RCRA, Clean Water Act, Pretreatment Regulations, Land Use and Natural Resources. He has successfully handled environmental and permitting issues for infrastructure, industrial and residential projects. He is a coauthor of the Puerto Rico Environmental Law Handbook, published by Government Institutes, Inc. Mr. Reyes-Bibiloni has been a featured speaker and lecturer of the Environmental Quality Board, the Puerto Rico Bankers Association, the Government Institute, the Chemists Engineers Institute and the Puerto Rico Health, Safety and Environmental Conference.
