| Antonio R. SifreShareholder Antonio R. Sifre is the President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fiddler, González & Rodríguez P.S.C. and a member of the corporate division. Mr. Sifre heads the Firm's banking and financial institutions practice group. He has negotiated and implemented a number of complex corporate transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions involving international business entities. Mr. Sifre joined the Firm after serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for a major financial institution where he was responsible for formulating strategies and supervising implementation in planning, legal, government affairs and human resources. Mr. Sifre has been a lecturer of law at the University of Puerto Rico Law School and the Interamerican University School of Law, and has lectured at numerous seminars.
