| Roberto B. SuárezShareholder Roberto B. Suárez is a member of the corporate division and is in charge of the tax division at Fiddler González & Rodríguez, P.S.C. He has an extensive practice in the tax aspects of corporate organizations and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, and industrial tax incentives. Mr. Suárez has advised the Puerto Rico government (pro bono) under the two leading political parties, on matters of tax and financial policy. He has participated in the drafting of laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Mr. Suárez is co-author of "The TEFRA Amendments to Section 936", published in the October 1983 volume of The Tax Advisor. He is a member of the Taxation Committee of the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association, and has served on the Puerto Rico Board of Bar Examiners.
