Alberto L. Toro-Suárez is a shareholder of the corporate division at Fiddler González & Rodríguez, P.S.C.

His areas of concentration are corporate finance, investment companies, REIT's, international structured trade and commodity financing, timeshares, vacation clubs, gaming and hotel occupancy taxes.

He is Chair of the FGR Tourism Practice Group, Vice-Chair of the FGR Securities Practice Group, and an officer and director of each of the companies forming part of the V. Suárez Group, one of Puerto Rico's largest commercial groups and one of the largest Hispanic firms in the US with revenues in excess of $800M.
