| Dianne is a trial lawyer who joined SS+D's Litigation Department in September 2005. She has over 23 years of experience in resolving disputes on behalf of businesses, families and individuals in both state and federal courts. Her experience includes trials involving insurance coverage, contract and employment matters, trade secrets, and fraud and negligence claims, as well as disputes involving wills and trusts.Beccause of the time and cost involved in complex litigation, Dianne tries to implement creative solutions to her clients' problems that include, where appropriate, alternative dispute reolution methods such as mediations. Consistent with this belief, Dianne has completed initial mediation training at the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University in California.
