Jean-Marcel Pilon works with our civil and commercial litigation teams. He represents entrepreneurs in every field, including real estate developers and managers, commercial lessors and tenants.
Previously, Jean-Marcel acted as legal counsel for major real estate companies and thereby acquired strong experience in the negotiation and the drafting of leases and other real estate documents as well as in litigation.
In addition to his education in law and in accounting, Jean-Marcel recently obtained an Executive M.B.A. from the Université Paris-Dauphine. For more than 10 years, he was involved in the business sector, and more particularly in the domain of restoration, franchising and real estate.
Jean-Marcel is also a business consultant, adapting himself to the commercial strategy of his clients, contributing to their success and achievement of their objectives. |
