Representative Work - Acts on behalf of a number of owners, contractors and consultants, advising on construction related matters
- Acts on behalf of a number of trade creditors concerning claims to enforce payment, including a major credit card company
- Has prosecuted and defended many types of insurance claims including automobile, general liability, professional negligence against architects and engineers, as well as significant losses resulting from explosion and structural failure
- Acts as a volunteer guest advisor for the federal/provincial governments' Business Link Service Centre Project in Edmonton
- Frequent guest lecturer on construction law for the Merit Contractors Association and techniques in negotiation at the University of Alberta
- Acted pro bono for the Alberta Humane Society on animal cruelty matters
