Representative work - Represents and advises insurers on numerous issues including coverage, liability and quantum issues
- Represents and advises corporations and institutions in various commercial disputes including contractual, negligence and product liability issues
- Has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, Alberta Court of Appeal, Queen's Bench and Provincial Court
- Has provided services to large insurers operating inside and outside Alberta, as well as to claims personnel of large self-insured corporations
- Member, the Alberta Trial Lawyers Association and the insurance subsection of the Canadian Bar Association
