| Bar Admission Called to the Barreau du Québec, 1999 Pierre-Philippe joined BCF in 2005 after completing a masters in intellectual property in France. Previously, he practiced commercial law in another Montreal law firm. He graduated from the University of Montreal's law faculty in 1998 after obtaining a D.E.C. in health sciences from Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf. He has been involved in a variety of commercial transactions, including corporate reorganizations, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, such as shareholders' agreements and purchase and sale agreements. He has also been involved in several intellectual property files. |
