Veronica is Partner in the Commercial Property practice area at Downings and is the Partner in charge of the franchising team at Downings.

After joining Downings Legal in 1990, Veronica was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in March 1991. She has been a Partner at Downings since 1996.

Veronica has considerable expertise in property transactions advice and conveyancing throughout Western Australia.  Her advice covers the full range of property and conveyancing services including leasing and licensing, strata titles, negotiation and drafting of contracts for the sale and purchase of land, due diligence, property development agreements, and acquisition and disposal of all forms of real estate including shopping centres, industrial, commercial and strata titled premises.

Veronica acts for a number of State and Commonwealth Government departments, corporations and agencies, public and private corporations and individual developers.

In addition to the above expertise, Veronica has experience in all aspects of franchising at an international, national and local level.  She has a long and enviable record in building and protecting franchised business and networks, advising individuals and owners, local and international companies and government authorities.
