Mark specialises in all aspects of commercial property with particular focus on development work (both residential and commercial) including advising on planning and environmental law issues. Mark has extensive experience of complex development projects with particular emphasis on air space development above bus stations and petrol filling stations. Mark has also extensive experience in property joint ventures and advises a range of individuals, companies and institutions on general property investment. Mark is married with three children. Mark is a keen tennis playing (member of The Wimbledon Club), enjoys sailing (member of the Queen Mary Sailing Club) and enjoys skiing during the winter months. |
