| Thomas W. Dymek is a litigator who focuses his practice on a wide array of complex commercial disputes, but whose primary experience is in the areas of securities and broker-dealer litigation, employment and injunctive actions, class action suits, insurance-related representation, and professional liability. Mr. Dymek has experience in both federal and state courts, as well as private and administrative arbitrations. His varied work has included defending corporate management of a major investment company from a dissident shareholder in a case involving cutting edge issues of securities and corporation law, protecting a major manufacturer from a confessed judgment of nearly $1 million, preventing the defection of a high-ranking executive to a direct competitor in the absence of a non-compete agreement, and the ongoing representation of various governmental entities in the context of prominent constitutional law issues. During law school, Mr. Dymek worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Matthew D. Carrafiello and the Honorable Rayford A. Means. In addition, Mr. Dymek interned at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, practicing as a student in Municipal Court where he represented the Commonwealth in misdemeanor trials and criminal preliminary hearings. Mr. Dymek was also a member of Temple Law Review. Before attending law school, Mr. Dymek worked as a fundraiser at Swarthmore College and Hahnemann University.
