Karen M. McWilliams

Karen McWilliams is an associate in our Business Law Department. She focuses her practice on commercial finance, securities matters and other general business matters.

Ms. McWilliams graduated first in the evening division of her law school class at Temple University. Prior to joining Stradley Ronon in 2000, Ms. McWilliams worked in a variety of capacities at The Vanguard Group. As a business analyst, she assisted in implementing new systems and processes to support the corporate financial services area. When she served as procurement facilitator, she facilitated the procurement process for strategic purchases and ensured that the company's interests were protected in areas including risk management, insurance, tax, legal and contractual issues. She also worked as a financial administrator, senior trainer, technical trainer, senior accountant and investment accountant during her tenure at Vanguard.
