| Andrew Stutzman is an associate in our Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy courts, and handles various substantial litigation throughout the country. Mr. Stutzman prides himself in his tenacity in litigation as well as his practical and value-oriented approach to litigation. Some of his notable representations and achievements include:
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon in 2000, Mr. Stutzman worked as a litigation associate in a Philadelphia firm and in a Harrisburg firm. Over the course of his years with the firms, his practice spanned many different areas of litigation, from RICO, banking, trade secrets and unfair competition litigation to insurance coverage, construction accidents and disputes, professional malpractice involving physicians, attorneys and engineers, product liability, tax litigation, securities fraud, and employment discrimination litigation. Before law school, Mr. Stutzman received a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University in Commerce and Engineering Sciences and worked as an industrial engineer in industry.
