- Setting up of joint ventures, corporate restructurings, sales and distribution, mergers and acquisitions and technology licensing
- Providing general corporate and business advice to clients on their daily operation including tax, employment and custom issues; as well as advising on handling local authorities, resolving disputes with local partners and exiting from projects
- Had been involved in a large number of negotiations with local government authorities and state-owned enterprises in key industrial sectors
