Geoff acts for a wide range of small and medium-sized owner-operated businesses. His clients include a number of mid-sized developers and property managers for whom he does considerable office, retail and industrial lease work, together with property acquisitions and financings.

Geoff also acts as counsel to a number of businesses in both the manufacturing and service sectors, advising such clients as to a variety of corporate and commercial matters and acting with respect to business acquisitions, sales and financings. As part of such general representation, he also assists clients with the protection and registration of trade-marks. Geoff also acts for several franchisors.

Pro-bono legal work includes acting for partner families being transferred homes by Habitat for Humanity - Toronto and providing legal assistance to Home + Style Studio Tour, a community based event which raises funds in support of Canadian HIV/AIDS research.
