| Bar Admission Called to the Barreau du Québec, 2005 Simon Pelletier practices in the civil and commercial litigation sectors. As an engineer working with several international companies, he acquired both business and technical experience. The latter gives Simon a significant advantage in handling technical files related to construction and intellectual property law in particular. Simon has also been a guest lecturer, published articles and served as a clerk with Superior Court. In 2004, he was named second-best litigant at the prestigious national Laskin Moot Court competition in Vancouver. |
