Robert McCarthy is a member of the Firm's Labor and Employment Law Department. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. McCarthy was an attorney with the Patrolmen's Benevolent Association of the City of New York, Inc., where he assisted in negotiations and interest arbitration proceedings, represented members in grievances and improper practices and represented the organization in various civil actions.
