| Karen Quist-ten Horn read Dutch Law at the University of Utrecht. From 1986 until 1988 she worked as a lawyer with Engelsman Snijders & Van der Kolk in Rotterdam. Until 1996 she worked with Wereldhave nv, a Real Estate Investment Company. From 1996 until 2006 she was a member of the board for Legal Affairs with MAB Development CVB nv in The Hague. In 2006 she joined Lexence as a partner. Karen has more than 20 years experience with Real Estate, with advice and contracts concerning project development -including management affairs-, as well as with the Civil and Taxation sides of buying and selling transactions of Real Estate.
