Attorney Dubitsky is Counsel to the Firm's Commercial Litigation practice group and its Agriculture & Agribusiness practice group. He focuses his practice in commercial, environmental and insurance litigation, and in agricultural and equine law.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Dubitsky was with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, where he represented clients on diverse matters, including: a multimillion dollar construction dispute in Park City, Utah; maritime actions stemming from a shipwreck on the high seas; an oil spill in Native American Tribal waters; employment contracts and employee severance issues; litigation arising from an attempted multimillion dollar life insurance scam; national class action litigation over pricing and billing practices of regulated industries; obtaining theft-of-service damages for a national cable TV company; representing landowners in property tax appeals; negotiating communications tower leases; and advising farmers and horse owners on land use, liability, and diverse agricultural and equine issues.
Mr. Dubitsky received his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah College of Law where he was President of the University's student body, Executive Editor and article contributor for the Utah Law Forum and a voting member of the University's Board of Trustees. Mr. Dubitsky was an American College of Trial Lawyers National Trial Competition Semi-Finalist, and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Outstanding Achievement in Trial Advocacy. He obtained his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the State University of New York at Purchase.
