| Mr. Whittles practices commercial litigation, employment law, constitutional law, and election law, primarily in the West Palm Beach office of Richman Greer, P.A. Before joining Richman Greer in May 2000, Mr. Whittles practiced employment and civil rights law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Whittles obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in Human Resources Management, from Florida Atlantic University in 1995. Prior to graduating from Florida Atlantic University, Mr. Whittles studied International Marketing at the Helsinki School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland. In December 1998, Mr. Whittles earned a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center. While studying at Nova Southeastern University in 1997, Mr. Whittles was a staff member of the International Law Students' Association Journal of International and Comparative Law and would go on to become Technical Editor of that publication in 1998. Mr. Whittles was also a member of the Moot Court Team and the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. Mr. Whittles is admitted to practice in all Florida trial and appellate courts and is also admitted in the United States District Court's Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. A Palm Beach County resident for over thirty years, Mr. Whittles is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, where he has served on the Young Lawyers Section since 2000 as Executive Committee Member, and was elected to the position of Treasurer in 2005 and Secretary in 2006. In 2003 and 2004, Mr. Whittles served as the Palm Beach County Bar's delegate to the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division's Affiliate Outreach Conferences. Mr. Whittles is also a member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court LIV and is a 2004 graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County. In 2003, Mr. Whittles was appointed to the Democratic Executive Committee of Palm Beach County and in December 2003 served by appointment of State Representative Susan Bucher as a delegate to the Florida Democratic Party's State Convention. In 2004, Mr. Whittles represented the Florida Democratic Party and Senator John Kerry in the senator's 2004 presidential campaign, having previously represented the Florida Democratic Party and Harry N. Jacobs in the 2000 presidential election contest. Mr. Whittles also maintains an ongoing relationship with Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida where he holds the position of Adjunct Professor, teaching courses in law and labor relations.
