| Jonathan Grosser's practice includes commercial real estate development, financing, acquisition and sales, leasing, and land use work. Recently, Mr. Grosser: - served as counsel to a large pension fund in connection with the sale of a $62 million multi-building office development;
- represented a local financial institution in connection with a lease for their new 90,000 square-foot corporate headquarters;
- served as counsel to a leading diversified personal and institutional asset management company in connection with numerous commercial leases throughout the country, as well as their purchase of a 132,000 square-foot office building;
- represented a local consumer foods company in connection with zoning petitions before the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment;
- advised numerous telecommunications companies in connection with leases, licenses and operating agreements; and
- assisted in a $300 million asset purchase for a local product packaging company.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Mr. Grosser was an associate at Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, LLP. Before joining Klehr, Harrison, Mr. Grosser served as vice president/counsel for National Realty Corporation, a regional real estate developer specializing in shopping center and office development.
