Ms. Allen received both her undergraduate and law degrees, cum laude, from Marquette University. She also received the National Sports Law Institute Sports Law Certificate and served as the Executive Editor of the Marquette University Sports Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Allen won the Wisconsin State Bar Association Sports and Entertainment Law Section's graduate writing competition and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

She is admitted to practice in the state of Wisconsin and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association.
