Grzegorz joined the firm in 1997.- Professor of law at the Management Faculty of Warsaw University, head of the commercial law department and lecturer in commercial law and securities law;
- Advisor to numerous Polish government agencies on economic legislation; co-author of the acts on the privatisation of state enterprises, companies with foreign capital, trading in securities and National Investment Funds;
- Former president of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Council; honorary member of the Stock Exchange; co-creator of the stock exchange regulations;
- Former arbitrator at theWarsaw Stock Exchange Arbitration Court ;
- Former advisor to the Minister of Privatisation and the Minister of Finance;
- Arbitrator in the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, arbitrator and attorney ad litem in numerous arbitration cases abroad;
- Author of commentaries on the law governing companies with foreign capital, national investment funds and their privatisation and the law on the public trading in securities;

- Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw and the International Bar Association.
