Piotr is a specialist in commercial law, in particular in company law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and foreign direct investments. Piotr also deals with issues related to contract law and administrative law. He joined the Law Firm in 2002.- Advisor and negotiator in merger and acquisition transactions, project manager in legal due diligences;
- Advisor to foreign investors on foreign direct investments in Poland, including in special economic zones (greenfield investments and acquisitions of existing enterprises);
- Advisor on joint-ventures;
- Advisor to many foreign enterprises, in particular companies with American, British, Irish, and Scandinavian capital;
- Advisor to many enterprises and capital groups on restructuring projects;
- Representative of the Law Firm at e.g. the Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce;
- Advisor to leading firms in the food sector and other FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sectors;
- Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań.
