Janina specialises in intellectual property law, anti-trust law, European law and telecommunications law. She heads a team dealing with new information technology and intellectual property rights and also a European law team.She began co-operating with the firm in 1994, running an independent law practice, and has been a partner since 2000.- Advisor to Polish and foreign telecommunications companies, companies dealing with computer programming and equipment and companies running on-line business;
- Advicor to numerous IT firms on projects relating to new technologies and consulting services;
- Advisor on issues connected with the protection of intellectual property rights, trademarks and patents in firms;
- Advisor to firms on European law;
- Negotiator of agreements typical for the IT sector, including co-operation agreements and internal IT services;
- Attorney ad litem in commercial cases, mainly in intellectual property and anti-trust cases;
- Advisor in negotiating take-overs and joint-venture agreements, advisor on various investments;
- Participant in negotiations in numerous privatisation transactions;
- Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw, the International Bar Association. and the International Trademark Association.
