- Advisor to Polish and international insurance companies on numerous acquisitions in the insurance sector and on cross-border insurance activity;Attorney ad litem in cases before common and arbitration courts;
- Advisor on insurance law, including cross-border insurance activity;
- Advisor to many firms on capital market operations;
- Advisor to Polish and international banks on negotiating loan agreements;
- Advisor on company privatisation and take-over transactions, mainly in the chemical, power and publishing sectors;
