Greg Huth has extensive experience structuring public-private partnerships, incorporating local, state, and federal programs to support real estate development projects. He counsels developers, investors and other companies with respect to site selection, low-interest loans, grants, tax-increment financing, workforce development programs, and related compliance issues.
