Alex specialises in contentious issues relating to all areas of commercial and residential property. His experience includes advising in relation to Breaches of Covenant, 1954 Act-Business lease renewals, dilapidation claims, arrears recovery and service charge disputes, possession actions in relation to commercial and residential premises, property insolvency issues and applications in County Court, High Court and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. Alex qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and spent nearly five years at Morgan Cole before joining Portner and Jaskel for one and a half years, working on property litigation matters at both firms. Alex was previously admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Alex is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the London Litigation Solicitors Association.
