Rachael is a property solicitor with a broad range of experience relating to landlord and tenant issues, property investment and ownership and property aspects of corporate transactions. Her recent transactions include the sale and purchase of investment properties, site acquisitions for retail and office developments and acting for hotel and pub operators on landlord and tenant matters. Rachael trained and qualified at Browne Jacobson Solicitors in Nottingham, gaining experience in a range of general property and landlord tenant matters. She then spent three years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before moving to Field Fisher Waterhouse as an assistant solicitor. She has been at FSI since January 2006, working in the Property Investment Team where she acts for publicly quoted companies, the property subsidiaries of large commercial organisations and private property companies on the sale and purchase of investment properties and a wide range of landlord and tenant transactions involving office, leisure, industrial and retail properties. |
