Upon completion of law school, Doug served for two years as clerk for Hon. David V. O'Brien, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Virgin Islands in St. Croix and St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
As a member of the firm, Doug practices commercial and intellectual property litigation, as well as environmental litigation, including superfund and toxic tort matters. He also has extensive experience handling professional negligence litigation, especially defense of medical malpractice cases. Doug also has broad experience defending personal injury and products liability actions.
