Mr. Neal is the chair of the firm's Health Care Practice Group. Mr. Neal's practice concentrates on strategic, corporate, organizational and management matters for physician practices, hospitals and various forms of health care provider organizations. He is a former Deputy Corporation Counsel for the City of Indianapolis and Deputy Attorney General for the State of Indiana. Mr. Neal also served as general counsel for The Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County. He serves as counsel for hospitals, organized hospital medical staffs and a variety of physician practices, networks and physician-hospital organizations. Mr. Neal is a past Chairman of the Health Care and Medicine Section of the Indiana State Bar Association and is a frequent speaker on physician practices and managed care issues for the Indiana State Medical Association. He is the author of numerous articles on law and medicine. Mr. Neal has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1993. He graduated from Indiana University and its School of Law.
