| Eric M. Sutty joined The Bayard Firm as an associate in the bankruptcy department in 2000. Eric concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy/creditors' rights and commercial litigation.Eric received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary, his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. At the University of Baltimore, Eric was the Casenote Editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal and received the Marc Geraci Student Tax Scholarship Award in recognition of an outstanding paper in tax law.Eric is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. He is a member of the Delaware State and American Bar Associations. |
