John T. Payette is an associate attorney in Cook & Franke's Madison office. For over 10 years, Mr. Payette has focused his practice on litigation, including primarily insurance defense and coverage. Mr. Payette is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Bar Association, and the Dane County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Wisconsin State Courts, the Wisconsin Eastern and Western Federal District Courts, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Payette received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota in 1991 and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1995. While attending UW Law School, Mr. Payette served as a Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and as a member of the Moot Court Board. |
