| Claudia Caballero is an Associate at Posse, Herrera & Ruiz. Ms. Caballero's practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, exchange controls and trademarks. She received a J.D. from the Universidad de los Andes in 1992 and a graduate Degree in Commercial Law from Universidad de los Andes in 1995. Claudia was involved in the purchase of a local bank by a European financial institution, in the sale of a large agribusiness to one of the largest Colombian industrial groups and, in a precedent setting operation, she spun-off the chemical business of a Colombian company into a foreign based entity.
