| Mario Criales is an Associate at Posse Herrera & Ruiz. He received a graduate degree in Tax Law from Universidad del Rosario in 2003 and a Law Degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia in 1999. Mr. Criales' practice focuses on tax law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Criales was with KPMG where he lead and handled the transformation and spin-off of one of the major chemical companies in Colombia, and participated in the tax structure of one of the principal construction companies in Colombia. He has participated in several due diligences, assisting local and foreign buyers in the purchase of Colombian companies. Education
