| Andrés Montoya is an Associate at Posse Herrera & Ruiz. He joined the firm in 1999 and deals with local and international arbitration and litigation before civil and administrative courts. Mr. Montoya received an LL.M. from McGill University in 1999 and a J.D. from the Universidad de Caldas in 1996. He has had an active corporate and contract practice, and has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, due diligence, foreign investment, telecommunications and other commercial matters. He is a lecturer on e-commerce at the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and was a teaching assistant of administrative and constitutional law at Universidad de Caldas.
