Rosalinda was born on October 8th of 1953 in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She obtained her Law degree in the Law Faculty of the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras (1975). In 1994, she obtained the Notary Public Exequatur from the Supreme Court of Justice. In 1995, she obtained her Ph.D. in Commercial Law in a joint degree program from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras. She has been a Professor in the Law Faculty of the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras for more than 25 years, as well as in the graduate programs in private universities. She is currently the Law Firm Director. She is registered before the American Embassy as an authorized Notary Public.
