Saul was born on September 17, 1968 in Sonaguera, Deparment of Colon, Honduras. In 1994 he graduated as an Attorney from the Law Faculty of the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras. Before working at Casco-Fortin, Cruz & Asociados, he was Legal Director in a financial leasing company and was in charge of the collection department. He has also litigated in courts for civil and corporate issues.
