Roberto was born November 22nd, 1980 in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. In 2002 he obtained his law degree from the Law Faculty of the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras. He has been a member of the Honduran Bar Association since 2002. Before joining Casco-Fortin, Cruz & Asociados he worked in the Human Rights Law in the National Commissioner's Office for Human Rights. In 2002 to 2003, he acquired a postgraduate degree in Economic and Corporate Law in Universidad Rafael Landivar in Guatemala. He is currently a graduate student in the Corporate Law Master in the Universidad Tecnologica Centroamericana (UNITEC), with an emphasis in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
