Maureen A. Molony is a shareholder who practices in the Madison office of Cook & Franke, S.C. Ms. Molony leads the firm's health law practice, representing skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, assisted living, community based residential facilities, physicians, clinics, and hospital systems from across the United States. She has practiced health law for more than 20 years with an emphasis on Medicare/Medicaid certification, quality-of-care issues, licensing, and compliance with state and federal regulatory provisions.

Ms. Molony is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. She is a frequent speaker before state and national health care groups, including the American Academy of Emergency Medicine, the Oncology Nursing Society, and the Wisconsin Health Care Association. She also served as professor of nursing at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for 15 years.

Ms. Molony received her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She received her Master's Degree in Nursing and her Law Degree in 1981, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
