| Bar Admission Called to the Barreau du Québec, 1965 Roger Pothier has practised as a lawyer in mediation, arbitration and litigation before administrative and civil tribunals for the past 40 years. He also acts as a legal counsel. From 1967 to 2006, he founded, built and managed, with other partners, a firm employing more than 60 lawyers specializing in diverse areas of public and private practice (e.g., civil law, business law, labour relations, construction, financing, municipal administration, schools, health, the environment, urban planning). Roger joined the BCF team in January 2007, placing his renowned expertise and experience at the service of clients. Over the course of his career, Roger has given several dozen conferences, seminars and talks, has lectured at Université Laval, and taught for several years at the Québec Bar school of professional training. He is currently involved in several major cases before the Supreme Court, Québec Superior Court and the Québec Court of Appeal. |
