Law Practice
Winnie Sung has a general corporate/commercial law practice. She has been involved in a wide range of business transactions and is also experienced in advising on employment law related matters. Prior to joining Boughton, she also practiced as a litigator. Ms. Sung is focused on developing her solicitor's practice with local and Asia Pacific clients and assisting them in both domestic and international transactions. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Bar Admissions
