Bar Admission After earning a graduate degree in distribution law and competition law from a French university, Stéphan founded his own firm in Québec's Mauricie region. He practised there for the past 14 years, mainly counselling businesspeople in the areas of civil, commercial and insolvency law. Stéphan also has extensive experience in the small-claims area. In addition, he has served as a mediator in several civil and commercial cases. Stéphan joined BCF in January 2007. He will be working mainly as part of the litigation team. |
